Outcome: Competitive solicitations confirmed and contractor terminated

Retained by consultant management firm that learned from a client its subcontractor working in-house at client personally solicited business. Investigation uncovered subcontractor formed a company with a telephone number, email address, and website which contained management firm’s text and images. It was confirmed subcontractor pitched his business to management firm’s client. Subcontractor falsely claimed not to have taken management firm’s intellectual property, was suspended with pay, and was later terminated for cause pursuant to his employment contract.
